Aircraft Spirals Wildly into Palm Groves at Well-Known Southern California Coast
An aircraft soaring near a crowded southern California shoreline unexpectedly began spiraling wildly, ultimately descending rapidly and crashing into a line of palm trees as onlookers watched.
Videos uploaded online capture the helicopter beginning to twirl above the shoreline then falling in the direction of the border of the beach, where it ends up lodged amidst palms and a steps close to the shoreline route.
Rescue Operation Information
Emergency responders reported five individuals were rushed to the hospital involving a pair who were in the helicopter and were “safely pulled from the wreckage” subsequent to the incident on Saturday.
Three people on the street were harmed. Information on their wounds were not immediately available.
The cause of the crash was not yet disclosed.

Officials said the chopper was connected to an regular “Cars and Copters” charity gathering set for the following day.
